Description:

Make travelling to and from Dutton Park to the University of Queensland a breeze via the Eleanor Schonell Bridge. Starting at the corner of Annerley and Gladstone Road, you can travel down the path over the beautiful Harmony Gardens and onto the separated bikeway on the bridge.

The Eleanor Schonell Bridge is the first bridge in Australia exclusively designed for buses, cyclists and pedestrians. Cyclists have access to a separated bikeway, making the trip the perfect ride for university students looking for an active form of transport.

No bike? There are CityCycle stations located at both ends of the bridge.  If you’re a Cycling Brisbane member, you can score a discount on your CityCyle membership.  Not a member?  Sign up for free now! You can find out more about hiring a CityCycle here!
