20m
Description:

Need to do a spot of shopping or keen to see a quick movie in between university classes? Starting at Queensland’s oldest university, University of Queensland, you can ride to the city in approximately 30 minutes. Take the back streets of St Lucia bordering the river on to the picturesque Bicentennial Bikeway, featuring separated pedestrian and cycle pathways along its entire 2.7 kilometre length.

You'll pass underneath the Go-Between Bridge, before you continue to round the river through North Quay and underneath the Kurilpa Bridge. Access to the CBD has never been easier thanks to the recent North Quay ferry terminal upgrade, with bike accessible pathways and a lift available up to William Street. The journey ends as you cross through to Reddacliff Place at CityCycle station no. 25.

This ride has been designed and mapped for CityCycles and start and end at CityCycle stations.
