Privacy Policy

Collection notice statement

The personal information provided by you will be used by Brisbane City Council and its agents for the purpose of delivering the Cycling Brisbane membership program, including keeping members informed about the program by email and other means.

Your personal information may be used by Council in the future to:

  1. undertake member surveys and other member engagement activities relevant to the delivery of the Cycling Brisbane program;
  2. assist in the planning, development and delivery of Council strategies, plans, programs, initiatives, projects and activities which contribute to the delivery of the Cycling Brisbane program.

Your details will be stored by Council's agent, who is contracted to manage the database on behalf of Council. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent unless authorised or required to do so by law.

If you no longer wish to have your details used for these purposes or to be involved in Cycling Brisbane, please email cyclingbrisbane@brisbane.qld.gov.au to request your details be removed from the database.
