Welcome to riding in Brisbane video transcript

This is a transcript of the Welcome to riding in Brisbane video on Council's YouTube account.

Want to start riding a bike, but not sure how to get ready to roll?

Research shows that riding has so many benefits like improving your health, reducing stress and it’s cheap!

That’s why Cycling Brisbane is here to help with some handy tips to get you crusin’ in no time.

The first step is to check your A, B, C’s!

Air, brakes, chain.

Then, give your bike a quick Drop Test. (Hint: Make sure nothing drops off!)

Remember to always ride with a helmet and a bell.

Be prepared for any weather Mother Nature might throw at you and if you’re rolling at night, get some flashing LED lights to make sure you’re easily seen.

And with just those few things, you’re ready to ride.

So what are you waiting for? Visit www.cyclingbrisbane.com.au and start your two-wheel adventure today!
