Mountain biking in Brisbane video transcript

This is a transcript of the Mountain biking in Brisbane video on Council's YouTube account.

Mountain biking is one of Australia’s fastest growing recreational activities.

It’s a great way to get out and explore some of our region’s most beautiful bushland areas and keep fit at the same time.

Remember when you’re on the trails, respect the wildlife (or it won’t respect you), pass with care and if you’re going downhill and give way to those coming up.

It’s always a good idea to carry a first-aid kit & mobile phone and to tell someone where you are going in case of emergencies.

Visit cyclingbrisbane.com.au for more information on mountain biking in South-East Queensland, head to our website.
